Located in Jepara, Central Java.
It's easy to access only take 1 bus from Jakarta and we dropped at Kartini harbor, get a ship ticket, next thing you know that you are there.
Get an ojek (motor taxi) or simply walk to get a homestay and the staff can book all your need for snorkling or dive site. (Or you can walk around and find it yourself)
Don't forget to visit joko tuo hill, that a beautiful sunset point, only 10-15 walk. (Get torch to light up your way home from up there)
Get extra cash before you arrived at Karimunjawa (take it at Jepara or somewhere) there is only 1 ATM and it is (oftentimes) out of money on that machine.
You'll never regret your visit here, still my favourite place ever!
